適合本地及海外，從本科生到研究生，年輕的在職人士，教師，行政人員及退休人仕。空檔年教練將會與你討論個人目標，並且解答您的問題，滿足您的需要。每位學員將配對師友協助，設訂實務方案，提供足夠個人發揮機會，多加支持和鼓勵。
選擇一個實習的崗位
業務協調，市場營銷或出版，創作與設計，財務會計，語言課程，遊戲治療和沙盤遊戲治療。
空檔年期間
任何期間從4週〜 12個月（本地和海外申請者）每季度開始（一月，四月，七月，十月）
更好的就業和收入前景 - 如果你正謀求工作經驗，準備把簡歷來給未來雇主作取錄考慮, 那麼你這個經驗將會給你帶來競爭優勢；特別在人際溝通和處理能力，以及領導能力和自律的事情上，你會容易與其它工作應聘者作區分。許多研究都發現，在大學畢業，誰已完成實習的學生，更容易找到工作，而報酬率亦比較理想。

GAP YEAR with Buddies Station?
Are you thinking about taking a break from your education , work or training?
Do you want to have a break of your normal routine?
Do you want to regain refreshing energy and passion of life?
Do you want to make a contribution to the people?
Do you want to pursue something valuable and enjoyable at some particular point of your life?
Different ages and backgrounds are welcome –
Local and overseas, from undergraduates to graduate students, young working adults , teachers, executives and retiring group.
Gap Year Coach will discuss your personal objectives and goals for gap year and to answer any other questions you may have in order to meet your needs. Each participant will have an individual program tailored to their specific interest and preferences, mentorship and peer learning for feedback and supports too.
Choose a work placement interest in - business co-ordination, marketing or publishing, creative work and design, finance, language program, play therapy and sandplay therapy.
A Gap period will be any period from 4 weeks to 12 months (local and overseas applicants)
Beginning every quarters (January, April,July,October)
Better Career and Earnings Prospects - If you are seeking work experience, it will be a valuable asset on your CV for employers’ consideration. This experience will bring you a competitive advantage; especially in the interpersonal communication and managing capabilities, as well as leadership skills and self-discipline areas; which might distinct yourself from other candidates. Many studies have found that graduated at the university, students who have completed internships, are more likely to find better jobs and earnings prospects.
